There are many reasons why people choose to extend their home.

- to create an open-plan living space to make your home more sociable and modern

- to simply create more bedrooms and larger living space for a growing family

- to create a home office or home studio

- to accommodate a relative, friend or even a lodger for personal care reasons or to gain additional income

- to improve your property's value

Whatever your reason, an extension not only adds value to your property but also is a cost effective way of getting your perfect home without the expensive and stressful task of moving.

Loft Conversions

Making use of the loft space is a great way of increasing your current living space by adding extra rooms.  You may want to create extra bedrooms, a playroom, an office, a spare room for guests or even an art studio?  You may simply want to increase the value of your property.  There are many reasons you may need extra space in your home and with most loft spaces being wasted by storing junk, it really does makes sense to put your loft to better use by converting it into a habitable room that will have the benefit of adding value to your home.

Renovations / Refurbishments

Renovations are a cost effective way of ‘doing up’ your property and adding value to your home.  Renovating your home can be done in numerous ways from extending your property, adding rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, re-decorating, flooring, tiling, plastering, electrics, plumbing, knocking old walls down, knock-through, skirting boards, doors or even changing your windows; the list is endless.  These are some good ways to add value to your property.  Renovation is a good way of creating more space, making your home look and feel better or simply to update it by renovating individual rooms and areas.  Refurbishment of old doors, windows and floors will keep the charm of the property and sometimes an alternative option than buying new.

Outdoor Spaces

Outdoor Spaces are just as important as indoor spaces with more people wanting the outdoors to feel like the indoors, like stepping into another room of the house! Whether you have a small balcony or an expansive garden, the creation of an amazing outdoor space has no limits.  You can create beautiful patios, seating areas, a bespoke focal point or a simple injection of colour and some cool lighting.  There are so many different options so if you have your own ideas let us help you bring them to life or if required we can help you with the design stage. Anything can be created!

Garden Rooms

If you have the space outside then why not create a new room in your garden.  You could design and build your own summerhouse, log cabin, playhouse, treehouse or even your own gymnasium!  This makes use of the outdoor space, creating another habitable room without the need to move.  Garden Rooms can look amazing and can also bring the garden together whilst adding value to your home.
